Virtual Breastfeeding 101

With so much to think about while expecting your new baby, the thought of breastfeeding may seem intimidating and uncertain. Taken virtually, this private, comprehensive breastfeeding class will arm you with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently prepare for your breastfeeding journey! With one-on-one attention, we will discuss the health benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby, dynamic changes in breast milk, newborn feeding patterns, positioning and proper latch, milk expression and pumping, milk storage, common challenges, partner support, newborn growth expectations, and more. Because this class is conducted privately, I will be able to spend time addressing any specific concerns you may have based on individual circumstances or your own health history.
