You’re in a groove with breastfeeding… and now it’s time to go back to work. In this private, virtual consultation, learn what to expect with breastfeeding when returning to work, how to communicate pumping needs with your employer, techniques to maximize milk output with pumping, how to manage a freezer stash, and milk storage and warming guidelines. We will also review bottle-feeding including how often and how much, and practice with the Paced Bottle Feeding Method.
